Thoughts About Middletown:
I think Middletown is falling apart and would love to see the city do something to make us a strong community again. I think the mall is a big flop for us, but could be great if we did something with it. Another huge waste of money for us, is downtown Middletown. I mean seriously, no one will EVER go down there. Period.

Phil is always honest about what needs done and upfront with what it will cost. He doesn't try to up-sell me anything, but he also offers good true "if it were me" advise. "I recently had Orth Electrical out to run power for my new tankless hot water heater. Robbie came out, quoted the job, and showed up to perform the work when scheduled. He and his crew were beyond professional and gave us the best service we've ever had from a contractor. They ran into SEVERAL problems while doing the job, issues that could not have been predicted, and they handled them all very well and did their best to keep costs down for us.
