"It has been my experience, since I have been in the psychiatric field for more than 15 years, that, indeed there is a waiting, time, and unfortunately its everywhere, but I do agree, patients should not have to wait for services, that truly are needed, there should be a program or some sort of immediate counseling available for those in emergent needs, such as depression, anxiety, etc., or something to get the medications needed until they can see the psychiatrist, you guys are right, I agree, help is necessary, and should not have to be compromised." - 3/6/2008 8:14:34 AM
