"dillmans is a rip off. Their pricing is over 35-45% in making their prices. Other stores only mark up 20-30%, and pass to the consumer. Also BEWARE their meat a lot of it is re-wrap, meaning it is wrapped after the sell by date and sold as fresh when it may be 4-7 days old. This is for their sav-a-lot stores too. Recently thye went to meyer milk from trauth milk, because they got a price break of 50 cents per gallon. But yet they still sell it at 1.99 same as trauth. They dont pass saving to consumer, only oprofit in their pocket" - 9/2/2009 10:28:14 AM
"I like being able to run in, get what I need, and be out within a couple minutes. I tend to avoid the big stores whenever possible." - 7/31/2007 9:52:53 AM
"Though it’s tiny and old it’s not a dump by any means. To me Dillman’s is a part of Middletown and like the rest of the city “it is what it is”. And it is the only place to stop on Central if you are passing from one end of town to the other. If you want Meijer or Kroger then drive all the way out to the east end. But if I can save 30 minutes after work with a quick stop at Dillman’s then that’s what I will be doing." - 7/30/2007 3:20:01 PM
