"Last year, I tried to buy a 2800 sq ft house full of flooring starting with 3 tiled bathrooms. I spent hours and several visits picking out tile and taking home samples. Once I made a decsion, I set up an appt for a measuring. They never called me. I waited a few weeks and said forget it and went elsewhere. They lost a bundle on me. No wonder the parking lot is empty. It's too bad, I really wanted my sales tax dollars to stay in Monroe.
