"The Cone in West Chester beats all others hands down. Their selection of toppings and flavors is awesome. The ice cream is rich and smooth - not icy. Plus they have sugar-free for my diabetic family members. The Jug is really yummy, too - creamy as well but sometimes a bit softer than I prefer.
