"They absolutely suck. They like to rack up fees with errors they create and not admit to their mistake. I have NEVER deposited to my savings other than the one time I opened the account. I went in a few months ago to deposit 1K to checking like I always do, yet they credited it to my savings instead. So while I'm out writing 20 different checks, they charge me overdraft fees and ODP fees for transferring from savings to checking for me as a "service". I complained figuring they would admit their mistake and immediately correct the fees, but NO, they give me $5 out of $90 they took back and that's it. TOTAL SCAM of a bank." - 4/7/2009 1:49:28 PM
