"I recently took a car there to do some work on the exhaust system, somehow between me dropping the car off and getting the car back it came out that the manifold had a large crack down the middle. No offer of information as to whether the crack was there before the car was brought in, only that a new one had been ordered and they would replace it free of charge.
So obviously, while I'm inclined to believe that they made this mistake somehow, they are owning up to it and fixing it. Thumbs up for honesty in a profession that doesn't have the best reputation for that sort of thing." - 7/31/2007 9:51:22 AM
