"Ok, my brother rented some furniture from this establishment, in a jam during a divorce, when it was delivered the leg of the couch had fallen off as they are taking it off the truck; he called them out on it, and they refused to take it back, not to mention, he had put me down as a reference, and he refused to pay since the item was damaged, if you want to be harrassed, Rent a Center is the place to go, they would leave 4-5 messages a day on my machine, and when I called the manager, he indeed, was the person who was leaving the messages on my machine, and refused to stop proceeding to contact my brother, Thanks for that service recovery, and I will definately not be shopping there." - 3/5/2008 12:43:57 PM
"Well..if you were gonna rent to own this is the place. obviously ur gonna pay alot more when u rent from here but I rented a big screen and requested it come to my home in a box and they complied.
