"I bought all my new appliances from them last year and when my fridge fried a computer part from a Monroe power surge, they fixed it right away no charge. My stove never calibrated correctly and they allowed me full credit towards a new one of a different brand. The guys in the TV dept guys aren't the most knowledable but returns are easy and at least they schedule enough sales help through out the whole store." - 8/12/2007 8:30:35 PM
